If you need to visit us, we recommend you make an appointment with Customer Service before visiting the store to ensure that an advisor will be able to devote quality time to attend to your project.

Lifting of capacity restrictions in stores

Quebec's Public Health has announced that as of July 12, there will no longer be capacity restrictions in retail businesses. However, we will be responsible for taking all necessary measures in our branches to promote compliance with health instructions by our staff and customers, in particular:

Depending on the usable footprint in our stores, sales offices, and model homes, it is possible that at certain times we may have to limit access to the premises and have to provide for traffic management measures (i.e., ground marking, traffic corridor, one-way traffic) in relation to potential queues that could form.

We have taken several steps forward since the start of the pandemic and we continue to adapt to the recent easing allowed by the government and public health.

Let us continue to respect the sanitary measures in place.

We are moving towards a better world.

We thank you for your collaboration,

Have a nice summer everyone!

The province of Quebec is back to green!

After several months of confinement, Prime Minister Legault announced that the province is now in an epidemiological position to allow summer easing as of June 28. The province of Quebec is therefore in the green zone!

All of our corporate stores, model homes, manufacturing plants and construction sites have been able to maintain their activities during these long months of confinement and continue to operate in accordance with strict preventive health measures.

Vaccination is progressing well in the province, however vigilance and caution remain in order to face the progression of the Delta variant which is currently occurring in 85 countries. Despite these recent easing, basic sanitary measures remain in place in all our facilities and sites.

We invite you to consult our  opening hours and the Covid-19 measures in place.

We wish you a beautiful summer!

Emergency measures update

With the surge in cases in several Canadian provinces and continuous increase in confirmed daily cases of Covid-19 variants in certain regions of Quebec, Prime Minister François Legault continues to urge caution and announced at a press briefing the April 26, the maintenance of special “emergency” measures in certain regions of Quebec.

The entire Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches, and Outaouais regions remain in the dark red zone, as does the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.

The cities of Quebec, Lévis and Gatineau, in dark red maximum level, are still targeted by these emergency measures, including the return of the curfew at 8 p.m. and the closure of schools and non-essential businesses. These regions will therefore continue to apply confinement measures as in last January, specifies the Prime Minister. These targeted measures will be in effect from April 1, 8 p.m., until further notice. This break is decreed on the recommendations of public health, said François Legault. Teleworking remains compulsory. Please note that the Montreal curfew is now back to 9:30 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. However, the curfew for the regions of Quebec, Lévis, Gatineau and Bas St-Laurent is at 8 p.m.

Construction and renovation sites by their essential nature remain open. The operational chains of the manufacturing sector (including our Laprise manufacturing plants) can continue its essential activities to honor our customers’ commitments and obligations while respecting the health measures in force.

Our sales offices will therefore continue to work in virtual mode. We are available according to our schedules published on our website via phone, chat, email, virtual meetings (video conferences) and social networks to support you in your project. Due the pandemic, if you have to come to one of our sales offices for your home project to meet with an advisor or a project manager, please contact us to make an appointment before arriving. Please note that our model homes in Quebec will be closed until further notice from public health.

Thank you for your understanding.

We continue to be there for you!

The medical mask now compulsory

Given the threat and the outbreak of SARS-VOC-2 virus variants in the province, the wearing of a medical mask will now be mandatory at all times by all our administrative staff in offices, sales staff and customers in sales offices, manufacturing staff, construction site staff, subcontractors and any other person visiting our offices or facilities. Please note that the medical mask must cover one's nose, mouth and chin to have its full potential.

This added measure, decreed by the CNESST, is effective from April 8, 2021 until further notice and aims to create a transmission barrier, reduce the potential for the virus to spread from these highly infectious variants and maintain the health and safety of our employees and customers.

For the time being, our personnel will be assisting you by video conference and should you require to see a home adviser or a project director to move your project forward, please book an appointment at all times prior to arriving at the sales office. Please note that our Quebec model homes will be closed to the public from April 8, 2021 until new instructions are provided by the health autorities.

We thank you for your vigilance and support,

Targeted emergency measures in certain regions of the province

A new phenomenon has emerged in the province:  the rapid and exponential increase of confirmed daily cases of Covid-19 variants in certain regions of Quebec which forced Prime Minister François Legault to announce, at a press briefing yesterday, to put in place emergency measures targeted in certain regions of the province to curb propagation.

The entire regions of the Capitale-Nationale, Saguenay Lac St-Jean, Outaouais, as well as those of Chaudière-Appalaches and Bas-Saint-Laurent are once again in the red zone after a brief stint in orange. The Montreal region, still in the red zone, remains under surveillance hour by hour.

The cities of Quebec, Lévis and Gatineau, now at the maximum red level, are therefore particularly targeted by these emergency measures, including the return of the curfew at 8 p.m. and the closure of schools and non-essential businesses. For these regions, it is therefore a return to the same type of pause and lock-down as in January this year, summed up the Prime Minister. These targeted measures will be in effect from Thursday, April 1, 8 p.m. until April 19th.  This pause is decreed on the recommendations of public health, said François Legault. Teleworking is compulsory again. Please that the curfew is now 8pm in Montreal, Quebec, Levis and Gatineau.

Construction and renovation sites may remain open in all regions under their respective sanitary measures in place. The operational chains of the manufacturing sector (including our Laprise manufacturing plants) can continue its essential activities to honor its commitments and obligations while respecting the sanitary measures in force.

Our sales offices therefore will be working in virtual mode until further announcement. We are available according to our schedules published on our website via phone, chat, email, virtual meetings (video conferences) and social networks to support you in your project. If, however, you need to come to one of our sales offices for your home project to meet an advisor or a project manager, it is mandatory that you make an appointment. Please notre that our model homes will be closed until April 19th.

Thank you for your understanding.

We continue to be there for you!

COVID-19: Lock-down 2. We are open in virtual mode!

Faced with an outbreak of confirmed cases and a worrying increase in hospitalizations, the Legault government considers the situation critical or even serious and must tighten health measures to ensure the safety of Quebecers and protect the health network. As confirmed in his press briefing on January 6, 2021, a general confinement will be in effect on January 9 for a period of 4 weeks, teleworking mandatory and non-essential businesses closed until February 8. A curfew will also be in place from January 9 to February 8, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

According to APCHQ, construction and renovation sites may remain open despite the new measures announced. The manufacturing sector will be able to continue its essential activities to honor its commitments and obligations while tightening sanitary measures.

In a collective effort to decrease the spread of the virus, our sales offices will continue its activities in virtual mode. We’ll be available according to our usual working hours via phone, chat, email, virtual meetings (video conferences) and social networks to support you in your project. If, however, you need to come to one of our sales offices, please contact us to make an appointment before coming.

Thank you for your understanding.
